Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion, consultation and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding proposed Agreement and Lease No. 2016-1002-0075 with Operation Welcome Home AZ, Inc., for the development of Welcome Home Veterans Park. f) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion, consultation and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding Amended and Restated Development Reimbursement Agreement with Wichita-5, LLC and Wey Bridge, LLC for improvements made at and around the intersection of Ray Road and Gilbert Road. g) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)(4)&(7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property and potential agreement for economic development with developers of project Omega. AGENDA ITEM CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion, consultation and legal advice with the Town Attorney and Special Counsel regarding the construction, maintenance and operation of Elliot District Park. b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion, consultation and legal advice with the Town Attorney and Special Counsel regarding amounts due the Town from Rural Metro / Southwest Ambulance, Inc. pursuant to Regional Medical Transportation Services Agreement No. 2011- 3002-0213. c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion, consultation and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding amounts due the Town from Scott Waldon pursuant to Town Policy. d) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion, consultation and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding potential amendments to Sec. 4.4 of the Gilbert Land Development Code in light of Reed v. Town of Gilbert, U.S.S.C. No. 13-502 (2015). ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS 1. LEGAL - consider authorizing the Town Attorney to proceed with legal proceedings with Scott Waldon for payment of amounts owed pursuant to Town policy, as necessary. 2. LEGAL - consider authorizing the Town Attorney to proceed with legal proceedings with Rural Metro / Southwest Ambulance, Inc. for payment of amounts owed pursuant to Regional Medical Transport Service Agreement No. 2011-3002-0213, as necessary.
