Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) & (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding procedures for the disposition of Town real property, and the anticipated negotiations for the sale or lease of real property in the Heritage District at the northeast corner of Gilbert Road and E. Hearne Way; and b. A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development final rule on Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (Docket No. FR-5173-F-04; RIN No. 2501-AD33). ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. A.R.S. 1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and maybe viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
