Study Sessions are open to the public. Discussion of agenda items is reserved for the Council and Staff. No decisions are made or action taken during the Study Session. 1. RECESS STUDY SESSION AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Pursuant to A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) & (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property in the Heritage District at the northeast corner of Gilbert Road and E. Hearne Way. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE STUDY SESSION NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. A.R.S. §1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and may be viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
