Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding Resolution Nos. 2941 and 3143 Approving the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights Quantification Agreement and Lease (CIP project No. WA083), and the NIA (Non-Indian Agricultural) Priority CAP (Central Arizona Project) Water Acquisition (CIP project no. WA106); b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding amendments to Land Development Code Article 4.4 (Sign Code); c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding historic deed restriction on the Hearne Addition Subdivision (1947) bordered by Gilbert Road, the Elm Street alignment, the Western Canal and Vaughn Avenue in the Heritage District; d) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding the filling of a vacancy in the office of Mayor or Councilmember; and e) Pursuant to A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding Capital Improvement Project ST058 (road construction on Germann Road from Val Vista Drive to Higley Road) and performance by Blucor Contracting. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADJOURN NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child.
