ITEMS WILL NOT BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO POSTED MEETING TIME. ADDENDUM AGENDA ITEM RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3),(4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of property of up of approximately 4 acres at the southwest corner of Knox Road and the San Tan Village Parkway; b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3),(4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding negotiations for her purchase, sale or lease of property of approximately 38 acres at the northeast corner of South 156th Street and East Queen Creek Road; and c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3),(4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding negotiations for the lease of the Heritage Building located at 119 North Gilbert Road. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADJOURN NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. A.R.S. 1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and maybe viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
