Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3),(4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding negotiations for the lease of the Heritage Building located at 119 North Gilbert Road; and b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(3),(4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney and Special Counsel regarding the use of proceeds of the sale of property financed in part by System Development Fees. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADJOURN NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. A.R.S. 1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and maybe viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made.
