AGENDA ITEM RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town Representatives and legal advice with Town Attorney regarding the Town's positions in negotiations for the purchase of real property described as lot 14 of the Hearne Addition in the Heritage District, Maricopa County Parcel No. 304-11-148; b) A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding the filling of a vacancy in the office of Mayor and/or Councilmember; and c) A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) to conduct employment evaluation and discuss assignments of Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Attorney Michael Hamblin, and Presiding Judge John Hudson. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS 1. Discussion and possible action on process for filling vacancy in the office of Mayor and/or Councilmember.  2. Discuss potential contract amendments regarding the employment contracts of Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Attorney Michael Hamblin, and Presiding Judge John Hudson, and authorize the Mayor to execute amendments.
