ITEMS WILL NOT BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO POSTED MEETING TIME. AGENDA ITEM RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to a) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3),(4) and (7) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney and consultation with designated Town Representatives to consider the Town position in negotiations regarding the lease of real property to Saint Xavier University located at 92 W. Vaughn Avenue; and b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and legal advice with Town Attorney and Special Counsel regarding proposed amendment to development agreement between the Town and NRI-Rivulon, LLC regarding the approximately 300 acres bordered by State Route 202, and Pecos , Gilbert and Lindsay Roads; and c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(1) to conduct employment evaluation and discuss assignments of Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Attorney Michael Hamblin, and Presiding Judge John Hudson. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS 1. Discuss potential contract amendments regarding the employment contracts of Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Attorney Michael Hamblin, and Presiding Judge John Hudson, and authorize the Mayor to execute amendments. ADJOURN NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child.
