ITEMS WILL NOT BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO POSTED MEETING TIME. AGENDA ITEM RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney and Special Counsel regarding the sale of real property of approximately 58 acres located at the southwest corner of Greenfield and Germann Roads and 80 acres located at the southwest corner of Greenfield and Chandler Heights; b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3),(4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney and Special Counsel regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of property of up of approximately 4 acres at the southwest corner of Knox Road and the San Tan Village Parkway; c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4)for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding placement of a wastewater lift station in the Fiesta Tech District near the northeast corner of North Fiesta Blvd and North Tech Blvd in Gilbert. (CIP# WW099); and d) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(1) to conduct mid-year employment evaluation and discuss assignments and goals for Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Attorney Michael Hamblin, and Presiding Judge John Hudson. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADMINISTRATIVE ITEM 1. COUNCIL ADMINISTRATION - Legal-consider authorizing the Town Attorney to initiate legal proceedings as necessary to secure site for wastewater lift station near the northeast corner of North Fiesta Boulevard and North Tech Boulevard. ADJOURN NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. A.R.S. 1-602.A.9.
