REPLACEMENT FUND POLICY - presentation, discussion and possible action on recommended policy changes.  6. ENTERPRISE FUND RATES - presentation, direction and possible action on recommended fund rates. 7. PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM (PSPRS) UNFUNDED LIABILITY - presentation, discussion and possible direction on recommended next steps. 8.
