MINUTES OF THE GILBERT TOWN COUNCIL, IN REGULAR MEETING OF TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2021 AT 5:30 PM, GILBERT PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING FACILITY, ECHO ROOM 108, 50 E CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Brigette Peterson, Vice Mayor Yung Koprowski, Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Scott September and Kathy Tilque COUNCIL ABSENT: Councilmembers Laurin Hendrix and Aimee Yentes STAFF PRESENT: Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Clerk Chaveli Herrera, Town Attorney Christopher Payne AGENDA ITEM CALL TO ORDER Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember September, seconded by Councilmember Tilque to recess Special Meeting and reconvene in Executive Session pursuant to: A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3), (4), and (7), legal advice from the Town Attorney and discussion and consultation with Town representatives concerning the development agreement for the sale of land near the southwest corner of Gilbert and Juniper Roads. Motion carried 6-0. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING A MOTION was made by Councilmember Tilque, seconded by Vice Mayor Koprowski to adjourn Executive Session and reconvene Special Meeting.
