MINUTES OF THE GILBERT TOWN COUNCIL, IN SPECIAL MEETING OF THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2022 AT 5:00 PM, MUNICIPAL CENTER II, ROOM 100, 90 E CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Brigette Peterson, Vice Mayor Aimee Yentes (attended virtually), Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Yung Koprowski, and Kathy Tilque (attended virtually) COUNCIL ABSENT: Councilmembers Laurin Hendrix and Scott September STAFF PRESENT: Town Manager Patrick Banger, Deputy Town Clerk Judy Martinez, and Town Attorney Christopher Payne AGENDA ITEM CALL TO ORDER Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Deputy Town Clerk Martinez called roll and declared a quorum present. CONSENT CALENDAR 1 ELECTION - consider adoption of a Resolution accepting the canvass of the General Election of November 8, 2022 and presentation of Certificate of Election. A MOTION was made by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Tilque, to adopt the Resolution accepting the canvass of the General Election on November 8, 2022, and present the Certificate of Election. Motion carried 4-0, with Councilmember Koprowski absent during the time of the vote. Resolution No. 4338 was adopted.
