Study Sessions are open to the public. Discussion of agenda items is reserved for the Council and Staff. No decisions are made or action taken during the Study Session. 1. Review items scheduled for the Council Meeting of March 26, 2015 at which time items will be acted on or continued. Agenda items are detailed on the Council Meeting Agenda for March 26, 2015. 2. Discussion on Land Development Code amendment Z14-15-C regarding single family residential guest parking, follow-up with the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, and an initial report on the impact and implementation of the text amendment. 3. FY2016 Budget process update. 4. Presentation and discussion on the Body Worn Camera Program. 5. Review of presentation from August 2014 Retreat related to Boards, Commissions, and Committee staff support, direction, and future utilization of Boards, Commissions, and Committees; possible recognition to Board and Commission members during National Volunteer Week; and possible future direction to provide to Board and Commission members. 6. Discussion on the efficiency and effectiveness of Study Sessions and Council Meetings. NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. A.R.S. §1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and may be viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
