MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING, OCTOBER 19, 2021 AT 5:30 P.M., ROOM 108, 6860 S. POWER ROAD, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Brigette Peterson; Vice Mayor Yung Koprowski; Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Scott September, and Kathy Tilque COUNCIL ABSENT: Councilmembers Laurin Hendrix and Aimee Yentes CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember September, seconded by Councilmember Tilque, to recess the Special Meeting and reconvene in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) to interview and consider applicants Daniel McClure, Jason Olive, Maggie Valentini, and Jeffrey Wright for the Public Facilities Municipal Property Corporation. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting was reconvened at 5:59 p.m. ADJOURNMENT A MOTION was made by Councilmember Tilque, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adjourn the Special meeting.
