MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TOWN OF GILBERT, ARIZONA WATER RESOURCES MUNICIPAL PROPERTY CORPORATION BOND MEETING, THURSDAY, JUNE 9, 2022 at 5:00 P.M., VIRTUAL MEETING, GILBERT, ARIZONA BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: President Kevin Boudreau Vice President Nicholas Macaluso Director James Graham Director Lisa Horne BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Secretary-Treasurer John Dalen Wilcock COUNCIL LIAISON PRESENT: None TOWN STAFF PRESENT: Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Kelly Pfost, Finance and Management (FM) Services Director Håkon Johanson, Deputy Town Clerk Judy Martinez OTHERS PRESENT: CALL TO ORDER President Kevin Boudreau called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Deputy Town Clerk Martinez called roll and declared a quorum was present. AGENDA ITEMS 1. Appointment of a Secretary/Treasurer Pro Tempore to the Water Resources Municipal Property Corporation (WRMPC) for the purpose of executing the WRMPC and Council-approved bond package.  Town of Gilbert AZ Water Resources MPC February 14, 2022 Page 2 of 3 President Boudreau briefly discussed the need for appointing a Secretary/Treasurer Pro Tempore. Director Johanson stated that Director Horne would be available to sign the bond documents by Friday, June 10, 2022. A MOTION was made by President Boudreau, seconded by Director Graham, to appoint Director Lisa Horne as the Secretary/Treasurer Pro Tempore of the Water Resources Municipal Property Corporation (WRMPC) for the purpose of executing the bond package as previously approved the WRMPC Board and the Town Council. Motion carried 4-0. ADJOURN A MOTION was made by Vice President Macaluso, seconded by Director Graham, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
