Public input at Council meetings is regulated by the City Council’s Rules of Order, Procedure and Decorum for the Conduct of City Council Meetings as set forth in Resolution No. 25-76, which will be summarized below. Written Comments and Documents: Public comments received in writing will NOT be read aloud at the meeting but will be part of the meeting record. Written public comments can be emailed to citycouncil@glendaleca.gov, and will be uploaded to the City website as an attachment to the agenda item.
