NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING GOLD BAR HEARING EXAMINER, CITY OF GOLD BAR, WASHINGTON Thursday July 16, 2020 3 PM PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR WALLACE FALLS COURT SUBDIVISION Notice is hereby given that the Gold Bar Hearing Examiner will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday July 16, 2020, at 3:00 PM via Zoom meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public testimony regarding the construction of 7 single family homes on approximately 2.6 acres. The homes will be served by a new on- site roadway that will be accessed from May Creek Road, approximately 330 feet south of Ley Road intersection. The site consists of a single parcel: 270905-002010-00. The applicant for the proposed development is DLC Investment Property, LLC P.O. Box 824 Snohomish, WA 98291. Agent for the applicant is Latta Engineering, PLLC 5970 Birch Point Road Blaine, WA 98230. The application was determined to be technically complete for processing and public review on April 16, 2020. Completed application material evaluating the proposed project referred to as the Wallace Falls Court Subdivision (LS-006-20) is available at City Hall, 107 5th Street, Gold Bar, WA. It is the right of any person to review and comment on the application, receive notice of and participate in any hearings, request a copy of decisions once made and exercise any rights of appeal.
