NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, GOLD BAR HEARING EXAMINER, CITY OF GOLD BAR, WASHINGTON Building Variance - Setback Reduc�on No�ce is hereby given that the Gold Bar Hearing Examiner will hold a Public Hearing on Thurssday October 15, 2020, at 10:00 AM via “Zoom” mee�ng online. Instruc�ons for the mee�ng are below and on the city’s webite: www.cityofgoldbar.us The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public tes�mony regarding a building variance to reduce the required 20’ (foot) setback to 5‘ (foot) along Cro� Ave. (Highway 2) The buffer reduc�on is required to construct a pole building with a 30’ X 60’ footprint. The site consists of a single parcel: 00457502001300. The applicant for the proposed development is The City Of Gold Bar, Public Works, 107 5th ST Gold Bar WA, 98251. The applica�on was determined to be technically complete for processing and public review on Sept. 21st, 2020. Completed applica�on material evalua�ng the proposed project referred to as the Public Work Building (BV-007-20) is available at City Hall, 107 5th Street, Gold Bar, WA. It is the right of any person to review and comment on the applica�on, receive no�ce of, and par�cipate in, any hearings, request a copy of decisions once made and exercise any rights of appeal. Comments must be in wri�ng and delivered to City Hall by 5 PM, October 14, 2020. Wri�en or verbal comments may be presented at the hearing. This hearing will be held remotely using the Zoom internet program.
