Public Hearing: 2020/2021 Fiscal Year Operating Budget Hearing opened at 6:24 p.m. by McCafferty Linda Roughton – Concerned about expenses going up with the millage rate stays the same. Hearing closed at 6:29 p.m. by McCafferty 6. Action Items A. Covid-19 Preparedness and Response Plan Motion: To adopt Covid-19 Preparedness and Response Plan as presented. Moved by Light, seconded by McAbee 3 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. B. Resolution 2020-09; 2019/2020 Budget Amendment Motion: To adopt Resolution 2020-09; 2019/2020 budget amendments as presented. Resolution 2020-07; General Operating Millage Rate 2020/2021 Motion: To adopt Resolution 2020-07; General Operating Millage Rate 2020/2021 as presented.
