Motion: To approve the minutes of the June 8, 2020 Regular Council Meeting and
June 22, 2020 Special Council Meeting and June 29, 2020 to be added to the next
regular council meeting for approval as presented.

Motion: To accept the Bills and Transfers for March and June 2020 as
presented.

7. Good Times in Goodrich
Motion: To allow Goodrich Times in Goodrich to put signs up two weeks prior to the
event.

9. Reports:
a. Administrator’s Report – Administrator Wilkerson updated Council on the
completion of the DNR Grant, the progress of the SAW Grant and the
Wheelock/Watkins drain special assessment total of $28,954.73 that the Village is
responsibility. She also asked councils direction for the Code Enforcement Officers
regarding illegal placement for political signs. The general consensus of the council
was if they are illegal, pull them from the yards and place them next to the half wall
by the DPW building. Also, the Friendship Path needs a “No Swimming” sign
installed for safety purposes.
b. Street Administrator’s Report – No Report
c. DPW Report – DPW Supervisor Mayne updated Council on the DPW have been
watering flowers, painting road lines, painting crosswalks, painting parking spots,
cold patching roads, working on park restoration, trimming trees and preparing the
town for the Good Times in Goodrich Festival.
d. Code Enforcement Report – Noted
e. Building Department Activity Report – Noted
f. Cash Receipting Report June 2020 – Noted
g. Fire Department Activity Report June 2020 – Noted
h. Sheriff Department Activity Report May and June 2020 – Noted
i. Goodrich Dam Committee Report – McAbee reported that the group has met and is
gathering information. They would like two more members for the committee to
make a total of 7 members.
Motion: To rescind the motion of $28,000 in dam repairs by Wade Trim.

Motion: To authorize the upgrade to the network security firewall in the

c. Resolution 2020-10 Community Development Block Grant Signature Card
Motion: To adopt Resolution 2020-10 Community Development Block Grant

d. Covid-19 Waiver, Release and Indemnification Agreement
Motion: To approve the Village of Goodrich Covid-19 Waiver, Release and
Indemnification Agreement with Good Times in Goodrich.

e. Transportation Asset Management Plan
Motion: To authorize the Clerk to seek request for a proposal for
