Motion carried. 5. Treasurer Report: Motion: To accept the Treasurers Reports dated November 2021 in the amount of $1,901,167.27 as presented. New Business: a. Metropolitan Alliance Dues – Motion: To authorize Genesee County Metropolitan Alliance dues for 2022 in the amount of $150.00. Planning Commission 2021 Yearly Report Motion: To receive the Planning Commission 2021 yearly report as presented. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Moore 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. c. 2022 Meeting Dates Motion: To set Council and Commission Boards 2022 regular meeting dates and holiday closures as presented. Moved by Walworth, seconded by Schluentz 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. d. Resolution 21-013 Motion: To adopt Resolution 2021-13 Whereas, the Treasurer is the appointed chief signer of all Village of Goodrich corporate accounts; and Whereas, the Village of Goodrich hired Rachael Cushman as the Treasurer of the Village of Goodrich on November 8, 2021; Whereas, due to an official check and balanced rule of government funds only certain individuals can be appointed as signers for these accounts; Now, Therefore, be in Resolved that the Village of Goodrich Council does hereby officially appoint Rachael Cushman as the chief signer of all Village of Goodrich corporate accounts.
