Motion: To concur with the recommendation from the Planning Commission

i. Purchase Radar Guns
Motion: To table the joint purchase with Atlas Township of two speed radar guns
to equip the two sheriff vehicles assigned to Atlas Township and the Village of
Goodrich total cost is $5,860 each municipality would pay $2,930.

j. Goodrich Cemetery, Charitable Gaming License
Motion: To approve the request from the Goodrich Cemetery Association to
obtain a charitable gaming license to have the fire department conduct their duck
race held during Good Times in Goodrich.

k. Holiday Lights
Motion: To approve the additional cost of $100 for the installation and removal
of the holiday lights.

Motion: To postpone the request to switch the Village office phone provider from
Nextiva to CTS at the cost of $364.75 per month.

m. Patricia Schierup, Deputy Clerk raise request
Motion: To postpone the request from Village employee Patricia Schierup,
Deputy Clerk, to raise current hourly wage of $18.13 to $20.00 for more
information.

n. Cab and Chassis for Dump Truck
Motion: To authorize DPW Supervisor to order 2023 Cab and Chassis for new
dump truck at the cost not to exceed $85,000.

Motion: To adopt Resolution 2022-03, a resolution for the adoption of the
Genesee County Mitigation Plan Update.

p. Resolution 2022-04
Motion: To adopt Resolution 2022-04, a resolution for Village Council to
authorize the distribution of the Master Plan and set a public hearing for the
Planning Commission to hold on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 6:30 pm.

q. Resolution 2022-05
Motion: To postpone the adoption of resolution 2022-05, a resolution regarding
designation of Medstar as local service provider for the Village of Goodrich for
the attorney to review and give an opinion on it first.
