Site Plan Review for Goodrich Mini Storage at 7281 S State Road, Goodrich, MI Motion: To concur with the recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding site plan review for 7281 S. Land Split for BLB Enterprises at 7301 S State Road, Goodrich, MI Motion: To concur with the recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding land split for 7301 S. Land Combination for Morgan Derrzi at Lot 43 and Lot 45 Fairview Hills Motion: To concur with the recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding the land combination at 02-15-576-043; Lot 43 and 02-15-576-045; Lot 45, Morgan Derrzi, petitioner. Purchase Radar Guns Motion: To table the joint purchase with Atlas Township of two speed radar guns to equip the two sheriff vehicles assigned to Atlas Township and the Village of Goodrich total cost is $5,860 each municipality would pay $2,930. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Moore 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. j. Goodrich Cemetery, Charitable Gaming License Motion: To approve the request from the Goodrich Cemetery Association to obtain a charitable gaming license to have the fire department conduct their duck race held during Good Times in Goodrich. Moved by Moore, seconded by Schluentz 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. k. Holiday Lights Motion: To approve the additional cost of $100 for the installation and removal of the holiday lights. Moved by Moore, seconded by McAbee Walworth yes, Schluentz yes, Moore yes, McAbee yes. Motion carried. l. Village office phone providers Motion: To postpone the request to switch the Village office phone provider from Nextiva to CTS at the cost of $364.75 per month. Moved by Walworth, seconded by Schluentz 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. m. Patricia Schierup, Deputy Clerk raise request Motion: To postpone the request from Village employee Patricia Schierup, Deputy Clerk, to raise current hourly wage of $18.13 to $20.00 for more information. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Moore 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. n. Cab and Chassis for Dump Truck Motion: To authorize DPW Supervisor to order 2023 Cab and Chassis for new dump truck at the cost not to exceed $85,000. Resolution 2022-03 Motion: To adopt Resolution 2022-03, a resolution for the adoption of the Genesee County Mitigation Plan Update. Resolution 2022-04 Motion: To adopt Resolution 2022-04, a resolution for Village Council to authorize the distribution of the Master Plan and set a public hearing for the Planning Commission to hold on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 6:30 pm. Resolution 2022-05 Motion: To postpone the adoption of resolution 2022-05, a resolution regarding designation of Medstar as local service provider for the Village of Goodrich for the attorney to review and give an opinion on it first.
