Village of Goodrich Special Meeting September 27, 2022 5:30 PM Minutes 1. Meeting was called to order by Walworth at 5:51 p.m. 2. Roll Call: Simion, Moore, Schluentz, Walworth Others Present: Administrator/Clerk Wilkerson, Council Clerk Sasser Mike Gildner, Village Attorney, Kevin Cook, Village Engineer 3. Public Comments: None 4. John O’Brien, Director Division of Water and Waste Services spoke on the Kearsley Creek Interceptor (KCI). 5. Action Items: A. Motion: To approve the Kearsley Creek Interceptor (KCI) draft agreement. Moved by Moore, seconded by Simion Moore yes, Schluentz yes, Walworth yes, Simion yes. Motion carried. B. Motion: To accept the request from Atlas Township to purchase up to five REU’s from the Village of Goodrich to be used in Atlas Township along with approving the agreement with Grand Blanc Township to loan up to 25 unites on the following conditions: Goodrich Village joins the KCI projects and purchase unites in the system; upon completion of the KCI, Goodrich returns all 25 units to Grand Blanc; and Goodrich Village will rent the units at 10% of their value per year until the KCI is completed.
