Village of Goodrich Special Council Meeting October 24, 2022 6:00 PM Minutes 1. Meeting called to order by Walworth at 6:00 p.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Members Present: Moore, Simion, Walworth Others Present: Administrator/Clerk Wilkerson, Council Clerk Sasser Members Absent: Schluentz 4. Public Comment: None 5. Purpose of Special Meeting a. Partial Payment to Ace-Saginaw Paving Company Motion: To approve the contractor’s application for partial payment to Ace- Saginaw Paving Company for the Goodrich Meadows subdivision paving project in the amount of $550,000. Moved by Moore, seconded by Simion Moore yes, Simion yes, Walworth yes. Motion carried. b. Code Enforcement Officer Motion: To appoint Matt Place as the Village of Goodrich Code Enforcement Officer at the rate of $500 per month. Moved by Moore, seconded by Walworth 3 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. Motion carried. 6. Public Comment: Two members of the public chose to comment. 7. Adjournment: Motion: To adjourn. Moved by Moore, seconded by Walworth 3 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
