Minutes: Regular Council Meeting April 10, 2023 Motion: To approve the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting April 10, 2023 as presented. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Moore 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. 7. Approval of Accounts a. Treasurer Report: Motion: To accept the Treasurers Reports dated April 2023 as presented. GEAR “Back to School” Event Motion: To approve GEARs request to conduct “Back to School” event on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm located in the Goodrich Commons Park. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Caverly 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. a1. Movie Night in the Park Motion: To allow Good Times in Goodrich to host a movie night in the Goodrich Commons Park with the date of June 10, 2023 or if not available, another Saturday in June 2023. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Moore 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. b. Computer Server Repair Motion: To approve ITRIGHT/VC3 company to replace the Village server at the cost of $6,484.00. Moved by Moore, seconded by Walworth Moore yes, Schluentz yes, McCafferty yes, Caverly yes, Walworth yes. Motion carried. c. Zoning Board of Appeals Appointment Motion: To appoint Susan Simion to be fill the vacant position of Alternate on the Zoning Board of Appeals with the term ending November 1, 2025. Budget Workshops Motion: To schedule budget workshops on Monday, May 15, 2023, Thursday, May 25, 2023 and June 1, 2023 at 6:00pm. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Caverly 5 yes, 0 no. General Operating Millage Rate 2023/2024 Public Hearing Motion: To set a public hearing to set the general operating millage rate for 2023/2024 on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 6:00pm. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Caverly 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. f. 2023/2024 Operating and General Fund Fiscal Year Budget Public Hearing Motion: To set a public hearing for the adopting of the 2023/2024 operating and general fund fiscal year budget for Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 6:00pm. Community Development Block Grant Program Motion: To approve the Genesee County Community Development Block Grant Program cooperation agreements for fiscal years 2024 to 2026.
