Minutes: Regular Council Meeting March 13, 2023 Motion: To approve the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting March 13, 2023 as presented. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Caverly 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. 6. Approval of Accounts a. Treasurer Report: Motion: To accept the Treasurers Reports dated March 2023 as presented. KCI Agreement Motion: To approve Kearsley Creek Interceptor Phase 1 agreement between County of Genesee and the Village of Goodrich; The Charter Township of Grand Blanc; Charter Township of Davison and the Township of Atlas; version 4 as presented. Truck Emergency Repairs Motion: To authorize emergency safety repairs on the DPW GMC 4500 dump truck in the amount of $5,593.58 to Jam Best One #155. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Caverly McCafferty yes, Schluentz yes, Moore yes, Caverly yes, Walworth yes. Motion carried. b. Crack Sealant Purchase Motion: To authorize DPW to purchase crack sealant in the amount of $3,000 from National Highway Maintenance System, LTD, LLC. Moved by Moore, seconded by Caverly Moore yes, Schluentz yes, Caverly yes, McCafferty yes, Walworth yes. Motion carried. c. National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week Motion: To adopt the proclamation declaring “National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week” April 9, 2023 through April 15, 2023 in the Village of Goodrich. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Moore 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. d. Sewer Bill Late Penalty Waive Request Motion: To approve a request to wave a $15 sewer usage bill late penalty due to personal unforeseen family issues. Moved by Moore, seconded by Schluentz 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. e. Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Commission Appointments Motion: To appoint Traci Sasser to the Zoning Board of Appeals to fill the current vacancy with the term beginning November 1, 2022 and ending November 1, 2025. Moved by Moore, seconded by McCafferty 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. Motion: To appoint Traci Sasser to the Planning Commission to fill the current vacant “Alternate” position with the term beginning November 1, 2022 and ending November 1, 2025. Moved by Moore, seconded by McCafferty 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.  f. Set Budget Meetings in May Administrator will mail out calendars with proposed dates for approval in May.
