Motion: To approve Kearsley Creek Interceptor Phase 1 agreement between County
of Genesee and the Village of Goodrich; The Charter Township of Grand Blanc;
Charter Township of Davison and the Township of Atlas; version 4 as presented.

a. Truck Emergency Repairs
Motion: To authorize emergency safety repairs on the DPW GMC 4500 dump truck
in the amount of $5,593.58 to Jam Best One #155.

b. Crack Sealant Purchase
Motion: To authorize DPW to purchase crack sealant in the amount of $3,000 from
National Highway Maintenance System, LTD, LLC.

c. National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week
Motion: To adopt the proclamation declaring “National Public Safety
Telecommunicators Week” April 9, 2023 through April 15, 2023 in the Village of
Goodrich.

d. Sewer Bill Late Penalty Waive Request
Motion: To approve a request to wave a $15 sewer usage bill late penalty due to
personal unforeseen family issues.

e. Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Commission Appointments
Motion: To appoint Traci Sasser to the Zoning Board of Appeals to fill the current
vacancy with the term beginning November 1, 2022 and ending November 1, 2025.

Motion: To appoint Traci Sasser to the Planning Commission to fill the current
vacant “Alternate” position with the term beginning November 1, 2022 and ending
