Motion carried. 5. Approval of Accounts a. Treasurer Report: Motion: To accept the Treasurers Reports dated February 2023 as presented. Resolution 2023-03 Motion: To adopt Resolution 2023-03 to set Hawthorne Ridge Subdivision Phase 1 and 2 special assessment tax roll. MDOT TIP Project Motion: To rescind previous Council action to decline MDOT TIP Project #209371 and approve the reprogramming of the MDOT TIP Project #209371 grant funding of $50,000 with a local match of $12,500 to the MDOT TIP Project #208263 for the resurfacing of West Hegel Road. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Moore McCafferty yes, Schluentz yes, Walworth yes, Moore yes, Caverly yes. Motion carried. b. Goodrich Cemetery Easement Survey Motion: To accept the proposal for professional surveying services from Wade Trim for easement survey for Goodrich Cemetery, parcel 02-15-300-010 in the amount of $4,100. Resolution 2023-04 Motion: To adopt the bond authorizing Resolution 2023-04 special assessment bonds, series 2023A, limited tax general obligation for Hawthorne Ridge Subdivision Phase 1 and 2 SAD3. Resolution 2023-05 Motion: To adopt Resolution 2023-05 re-appointing Dorene Hogness (11/1/20 – 11/1/23), Karen Whitefoot (11/1/20 – 11/1/23), Shannon McCafferty (11/1/20 – 11/1/23), Adam Kline (11/1/22 – 11/1/25) and vacant alternate seat (11/1/22 – 11/1/25) to the Planning Commission. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Caverly 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. e. Resolution 2023-06 Motion: To adopt Resolution 2023-06 re-appointing Karen Whitefoot (11/1/20 – 11/1/23), Gary Hogness (11/1/22 – 11/1/25), Terry Christner (11/1/22 – 11/1/25), Traci Sasser (alternate) (11/1/22 – 11/1/25) and vacant seat (11/1/21 – 11/1/24) to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
