Motion carried. 6. Approval of Accounts Treasurer Report: Motion: To accept the Treasurers Reports for August 2023 as presented. Resolution 23-14 Motion: To concur with the recommendation of John O’Brien, Genesee County Drain Commissioner Division Director, to not adopt Resolution number 2023-14 approving the amendment to the Genesee County Solid Waste Management Plan Amendment. Sidewalk Repair Motion: To accept the quote for sidewalk repairs with ADA replacement pads at the total cost of $17,375, not to exceed $20,375. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Caverly McCafferty no, Schluentz yes, Caverly yes, Moore no, Walworth yes. Motion carried. 11. New Business: a. Hawthorne Ridge Road Project Bids Motion: To award bid for Hawthorne Ridge Condominium Roadway Rehabilitation Project to Allied Construction in the amount of $477,303.25. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Walworth Moore yes, Schluentz yes, McCafferty no, Caverly no, Walworth yes. Motion carried. b. Conditional Use 7285 State Road; JV Investments Motion: To concur with the recommendation from the Planning Commission to approve the Conditional Use for the site plan review #1 at 7285 State Road, Goodrich, MI 48438 for JV Investments as the petitioner. Moved by Walworth, seconded by Schluentz 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. c. Seneca Street Drain Repair Motion: To authorize Wade Trim to obtain quotes for the repair of the Seneca Street drain. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Caverly 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. d. 9-1-1 Executive Board Appointment Motion: To appoint Sherry Moore as an alternate representative to the Genesee County 9-1-1 Executive Board. Moved by Walworth, seconded by McCafferty 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.  e. KCI Phase 1 Motion: To approve the first addendum to the KCI Phase 1; to remove references to water supply and water distribution in the agreement. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Moore 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. f. Resolution 2023-15 Motion: To adopt the Resolution 2023-15 Genesee County 5-year Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Greenways Plan and extend current Village Parks and Recreation Master Plan for 5 years to December 31, 2028.
