Agenda: Motion: To approve the agenda with the removal of items #7 “Presentation from Good Times in Goodrich” and item D. Under New Business “ Resolution 2023-34 Amendment to Genesee County Solid Waste Management Plan” Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Schluentz 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. 5. Minutes: Regular Council Meeting 7/10/2023 Motion: To approve the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting 7/10/2023 as presented. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Schluentz 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. 6. Approval of Accounts Treasurer Report: Motion: To accept the Treasurers Report from June 2023 as presented. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Caverly 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. To consider recommendation from Planning Commission Motion: To approve upon recommendation from the Planning Commission a Conditional Use request from Petitioner Matthew Montgomery, Michigan Motor Sales, to sell new utility and cargo trailers from the building second from the entrance as identified on the site plan submitted for 7285 S. State Street. An inventory of no more than 20 trailers and no more than 5 cars will be permitted. These items will be parked at the south side of the building. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Caverly 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. b. Request from Atlas Township to purchase Village owned vacant lot located on East Hegel Road. Motion: To deny the request from Atlas Township to purchase the Village owned property on East Hegel Road, parcel 02-15-100-044. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Caverly 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. c. Village representative and alternate to the Michigan Municipal League Motion: To appoint Shannon McCafferty as representative and Chris Caverly as alternate to the Michigan Municipal League.
