Motion: To approve the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting June 12, 2023 &

a. Waste Collection
Motion: To accept the five-year proposal from Republic Waste Services to
conduct weekly carted solid waste, every other week carted recycling and
seasonal weekly yard waste as presented.

b. Dingman Land Combination
Motion: To concur with the recommendation from the Planning Commission to
approve the request to combine two lots #02-22-677-026 and #02-22-677-025;
Katelyn and Cody Dingman, petitioners.

c. ARPA Funds
Motion: To confirm the utilization of the ARPA Funds amounting to $197,987.16
allocated to the Village of Goodrich to be utilized for sewer infrastructure
improvements.

d. Break Repairs
Motion: To confirm the approval previously given due to safety issues to the rear
brakes repaired on the DPW 2005B Dump Truck at the cost of $2,544.12.

e. EQ0132292 Saw
Motion: To authorize the purchase of a EQ0132292 Saw for the DPW at the cost
of $1,000.

f. Motorgrader Operator Safety Training
Motion: To authorize AIS to provide Motorgrader operator safety and
operations 2-day training for Village of Goodrich DPW staff at the cost of $2,400.

g. Sidewalk Repairs
Motion: To postpone for clarification on sidewalk slabs on Park Drive, Oak
Street and Rhodes Road for the concrete replacement and to also have West
Hegel Road sidewalks looked at.

Motion Amended: To postpone for clarification on sidewalk slabs on Park Drive,
Oak Street and Rhodes Road for the concrete replacement, to also have W Hegel
Road sidewalks looked at and when clarification is received, email
Councilmembers with information to have Councils decision on concrete
replacement on ADA slabs.
Council continued discussion. Motion was then rescinded and the seconding party
concurred. No objections.
Motion: To consider the quote for sidewalk repairs and ADA replacement pads
at a total cost of $17,375.00 with Mayne looking into W Hegel Road sidewalks in
question.

h. Title VI Coordinator
Motion: To appoint Village Administrator/Clerk Sheri Wilkerson the Title VI
Coordinator and adopt Title VI_Non-Discrimination Plan.
