Members Present: Caverly, McCafferty, Schluentz, Walworth Absent: Moore 4. Public Comment: One member of the public chose to comment. 5. Action Items a. Purchase of DPW Truck Motion: To consider the recommendation from DPW Supervisor to award a contract for the purchase of a new medium duty dump truck going with Freightliner with a total cost not to exceed $185,000. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Schluentz Schluentz yes, Caverly yes, McCafferty yes, Walworth yes Motion carried. 6. Adjournment: Motion: To adjourn. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Caverly McCafferty withdrew motion to adjourn. Motion: To put $10,000 down on a Freightliner as a good faith measure.
