Minutes of the July 13, 2021 City Council Development meeting 2. 2022 City Council Development Committee Meeting Dates 3. TAM-21-10-0001 - Text Amendment - Article 7: Special Districts. An Ordinance of the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, amending Article 7: Special Districts, specifically Section 1, "Planned Development District (PD)" of the Unified Development Code to clarify the review and submittal requirements of concept plans; Repealing all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith; Containing a savings clause and a severability clause; and to become effective upon its passage and approval 4. Discuss amending the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals bylaws to change the meeting start time. 5. Discuss proposed adoption of 2021 Building Codes CITIZEN COMMENTS Citizens may speak during Citizen Comments for up to five minutes on any item not on the agenda by completing and submitting a speaker card.
