Ordinance Amending the FY 2021/2022 Storm Drainage Capital Projects Fund (401592); Professional Engineering Services Contract with Peloton Land Solutions in the amount of $176,320.00 for Concrete Lined Channel Evaluation and Prioritization Study 6. Ordinance amending the FY2021/2022 Capital Improvement Projects Budget; Contract with J.J. Keegan+ in the amount of $49,750 with a 5% contingency of $2,487 for a total cost of $52,237 for golf course management consulting services for the Tangle Ridge Golf Club 7. Site Plan for a 144,488 sq. ft. industrial warehouse on one lot on 9.28 acres. Lot 1, Block A, Prologis January Lane Addition, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, Zoned PD-406 District, within the SH-161 Corridor Overlay District, and addressed as 1101 N. SH 161 (On December 13, 2021, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 5-2) PUBLIC HEARING ZONING APPLICATIONS 11. SUP-21-11-0021 - Specific Use Permit – Auto Dealer at 2314 Poulin Avenue (City Council District 5). Specific Use Permit request for Auto Dealer (Non-Franchise, Used) use to an existing auto-related business lot. Lots 3 & 4, Block 4, Poulin Addition, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, zoned LI District, within CBD, Section 3, and addressed as 2314 Poulin Avenue (On January 10, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommenced approval by a vote of 5-0) 12. SUP-21-10-0016 - Specific Use Permit for Hookah Lounge – 906 W Pioneer Pkwy, Ste 250 (City Council District 2). Specific Use Permit for Amusement Services to allow a hookah lounge. Lot 2, Block 1, Gibson Addition, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, Zoned PD-394 with General Retail (GR) uses, within the SH-161 Corridor Overlay District, and addressed as 906 W Pioneer Pkwy, Ste 250 (On December 13, 2021, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial by a vote of 7-0) ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION 13. Discussion and consideration of all matters incident and related to the issuance and sale of “City of Grand Prairie, Texas, General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2022B”, including the adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of such bonds and providing for the redemption of the obligations being refunded 16.
