Resolution of the City Council of the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, Adopting the October 7, 2024, City of Grand Prairie Hazard Mitigation Action Plan that Addresses Natural, Man-Made, and Technological Hazards; Providing an Effective Date 6. Contract with Wilson Bauhaus Interiors for the purchase of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for the new Emergency Operations Center in the amount of $327,374.19 through national interlocal agreements with both NCPA and OMNIA Partners Cooperative 7. Ratification of previous expenditures for emergency veterinary care of a Police Department canine, from the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital in the amount of $81,940.77 8. Annual contract for Laboratory testing Services from Armstrong Forensic Laboratory, Inc., in the amount of up to $250,000 annually. This contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods totaling $1,250,000 if all extensions are exercised.
