Bradley Road, Lake County Property Index Number (PIN) 11-23-402-006 subject to annexation of this property by appropriate action of the Corporate Authorities. 1.a. Action: Motion to continue this public hearing to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 12, 2021 in the Board room of the Village of Green Oaks Village Hall or, in the event of the continuation of the declared disaster, the hearing will be held by a lawful remote method. 2) Village of Green Oaks Plan Commission proposal to amend the 2009 Comprehensive Plan. 2.a. Action: Motion to continue this public hearing to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in the Board room of the Village of Green Oaks Village Hall or, in the event of the continuation of the declared disaster, the hearing will be held by a lawful remote method. NOTE: The public hearing scheduled at Agenda Items 4.1. 3) below will go forward at this meeting. 3) Application of Rudinei Kahil, as Manager of Tordesilhas L.L.C. for a text amendments to Section 8-7A-8 B. to add “Padel Ball Club” to the list of Private Special Uses thereunder and for additional regulations for such a use under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Green Oaks. 5.0 Close Public Hearing 6.0 Deliberation of the Plan Commission on Applications of Tordesilhas L.L.C. C) Motion and Vote to send a favorable recommendation on Agenda item 4.1. 3) with or without conditions or, D) Motion and Vote to send an unfavorable recommendation with or without conditions on Agenda item 4.1. 3). 8.0 New Business ~ At the May 12, 2021 Plan Commission meeting the Commission anticipates a public hearing on the application of Rudinei Kahil, as Manager of Tordesilhas L.L.C. for a Private Special Use to operate a Padel Ball Club on the approximate .99 acres of property located at 27880 N. Irma Lee Circle. 9.0 Adjournment The Village of Green Oaks is subject to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
