A copy of the proposed Annexation Agreement is on file with the office of the Village Clerk and is available for public inspection. The property which is the subject of the Annexation Agreement and public hearing is generally located at the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Bradley Road and State Route 176 and is observable by the existence of the existing U-Haul facility and the westerly vacant property adjacent thereto (“Subject Property”).
