City Council Meetings

City of Green River, Special City Council Proceedings for June 7, 2019, 7:30 am, Council Chambers, Mayor Pete Rust called the meeting to order. The following Council Members were present: Lisa Maes, Robert Berg, Jim Zimmerman and Gary Killpack. The following were present representing the City: City Administrator Reed Clevenger and Director of Finance Chris Meats. Approval of the Agenda: Council Member Killpack moved to approve the agenda. Council Member Maes seconded, motion carried. Council Actions: (A) Consideration to Approve the Issuance of Catering Permits to the Wild Horse Saloon, Inc., dba the Hitching Post Saloon. Council Member Berg moved to approve the issuance of catering permits to the Wild Horse Saloon, Inc., dba the Hitching Post Saloon to cater alcoholic beverages at the Overland Stage Stampede Rodeo on June 7th & 8th, 2019, from 5 pm until midnight, at the Rodeo Arena. Council Member Maes seconded, motion carried. Adjournment: Council Member Berg moved to adjourn at 7:43 am.
