City Council Meetings

City of Green River, City Council Workshop Proceedings for October 13, 2020, 6:30 pm, Council Chambers, Mayor Pete Rust called the meeting to order. The following Council Members were present: Gary Killpack, Robert Berg, Lisa Maes, Tom Murphy and Jim Zimmerman. The following were present representing the City: City Administrator Reed Clevenger, Director of Finance Chris Meats, Communications Administrator Steve Core, Government Affairs and Grants Manager Ryan Rust, Director of Public Works Mark Westenskow, Assistance Fire Chief Larry Erdmann and Parks & Recreation Director Brad Raney. Discussion on Legislative, Grants, Communications & Marketing Direction Throughout FY 2021. Steve Core gave a brief presentation on what he is currently working on and his goals for the next 6 months. He asked Council to let him know what the most important items are for them and where they would like to see the City in the future. Ryan Rust gave a brief presentation on what he has been doing so far. He will be watching the Legislature’s General Session in January and he will keep Council informed on what is happening. He will be tracking grants and pursuing more grants. He asked Council to let him know what their priorities are.
