City Council Meetings

City of Green River, City Council Workshop Proceedings for March 22, 2022, 5:30 pm, at China Garden Restaurant, Mayor Pete Rust called the meeting to order. The following Council Members were present: Gary Killpack, Robert Berg, Sherry Bushman, Mike Shutran, George Jost and Jim Zimmerman. The following were present representing the City: City Administrator Reed Clevenger, Director of Finance Chris Meats, Director of Public Works Mark Westenskow, Communications Administrator Steve Core, Government Affairs & Grant Manager Ryan Rust and URA/Main Street Administrator Jennie Melvin. (A) Wyoming Business Council Presentation. Kiley Ingersoll the Southwest Regional Director, gave a brief overview of what programs are available through the Wyoming Business Council. (B) URA/Main Street Memorandum of Understanding. This was not discussed. (C) URA/Main Street Development. Jennie Melvin gave a brief overview of the current and future plans of the URA/Main Street. (D) Future Goal Setting. The Mayor said the Action Plan that the City completed is a great plan and would be worth everyone’s time to review.
