City Council Meetings

City of Green River, Special City Council Proceedings for April 25, 2023, 2 pm, City Hall Council Chambers, Mayor Pete Rust called the meeting to order. The following Council Members were present: George Jost, Robert Berg, Sherry Bushman, Mike Shutran and Gary Killpack. The following were present representing the City: City Administrator Reed Clevenger, Director of Finance Chris Meats, Public Affairs and Grants Manager Ryan Rust, Communications Administrator Steve Core, Director of Public Works Mark Westenskow, Environmental Systems Superintendent Jason Palmer, Environmental Systems Technicians: Anthony Hodges, Russell Schultz, Craig Lowell, Nathaniel Knight, and Environmental Operator Waleon Strange. Approval of the Agenda: Council Member Killpack moved to approve the agenda. Council Member Berg seconded, motion carried. Council Action Items: Consideration to Award the Bid for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement Facility Project. Council Member Killpack moved to award the Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement Facility Project to Bodell Construction, in the amount of $51,300,000.00 and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement, pending legal approval. Council Member Shutran seconded, motion carried. Adjournment: Council Member Shutran moved to adjourn at 2:05 pm.
