Nomination and election of Chair: Motion by Robin Douglas, second by Linda Zuschlag to nominate and elect Linda Zuschlag as Chair of the Greenville Civil Service Commission. Motion carried 2-0. 5. Nomination and election of Vice Chair: Motion by Linda Zuschlag, seconded by Robin Douglas to nominate and elect Robin Douglas as Vice Chair of the Greenville Civil Service Commission. Motion carried 2-0. 6. Nomination and election of Secretary: Motion by Robin Douglas, seconded by Linda Zuschlag to nominate and elect Linda Zuschlag as Secretary of the Greenville Civil Service Commission. Motion carried 2-0. 5. New Business: A. Motion by Robin Douglas, seconded by Linda Zuschlag that the December 29, 2020 meeting minutes be approved as written. Motion carried 2-0. B. Motion by Robin Douglas, second by Linda Zuschlag to set the Certified List of 3 for Part- time Police Officer, Motion carried 2-0.
