Call to Order Linda Zuschlag 2. Roll Call: Linda Zuschlag Robin Douglas – Attended Virtually Edward Taczanowsky Staff: Jasson Urey, Town Manager Sgt. James Hellman 3. Public Comments: None 4. Nomination and election of Chair, Vice Cahir, and Secretary: Motion by Edward Taczanowsky, second by Robin Douglas to keep the officers the same as last year for the Greenville Civil Service Commission. Motion carried 3-0. Those officers are: • Linda Zuschlag – Chair • Robin Douglas – Vice Chair • Edward Taczanowsky - Secretary 5. New Business: A. Motion by Robin Douglas, seconded by Edward Taczanowsky that the November 22, 2021, meeting minutes be approved as written. Motion carried 3-0. B. Motion by Edward Taczanowsky, second by Robin Douglas to set the Eligibility List for promotion of Part-time to Full-time Firefighters. Motion carried 3-0. The list is as follows: - Michael White - Cody Mowris - Drew Snyder - Michael McConnell C. Motion by Edward Taczanowsky, second by Robin Douglas to set the Eligibility List for New Hire Part-Time Firefighters. Motion carried 3-0. The list is as follows: 1 Town of Greenville Civil Service Commission 3-10-22 - Jordan Turner - Ryan Braund - Autumn Johnson - Ian Jones D. Motion by Edward Taczanowsky, second by Robin Douglas to set the Certified List of 3 for New Hire Part-Time Firefighters. Motion carried 3-0. The list is as follows: - Jordan Turner - Ryan Braund - Autumn Johnson E. Motion by Robin Douglas, second by Edward Taczanowsky to set the Eligibility List for New Hire Full-Time Firefighters. Motion carried 3-0. The list is as follows: - Ryan Braund - Autumn Johnson - Ian Jones F. Motion by Robin Douglas, second by Edward Taczanowsky to disqualify Aaron Marks and John Hartman based on the outcome of their background checks as presented by Sgt. Hellman. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Public Comments: None. 5. Adjournment: Motion by Edward Taczanowsky, seconded by Robin Douglas to adjourn the meeting at 8:58 a.m. Motion carried 3-0.
