Call to Order Council President Shipley called the public hearing to order at 6:00 p.m. and identified Bryan Mohr, 370 South Main Street, as videotaping the proceedings. 2. Roll Call: Brian W. Shipley, Council President Pamela S. Auchter, Council Vice President - excused Theodore E. Jones, Council President Pro Tempore Anthony D’Alfonso, Councilor Thomas D’Alfonso Jr., Councilor - absent Alfred L. Peden, Councilor Donald B. Shaw, Councilor Joshua Stephens, Mayor - absent Jasson W. Urey, Borough Manager James Douglas, J. D., Douglas, Joseph & Olson, Solicitor Also present: Staff: Frank Vanderslice, Tax Collector Nancy Little, Borough Secretary Debbie Washington Media: John Washington Caleb Stright, Record-Argus 3. Petition to vacate a portion of Rose Alley Mr. & Mrs. Washington, adjoining property owners at 36 Chambers Avenue, had no opposition to vacating the alley. There was consensus by council to proceed with calling for a motion at Tuesday’s regular council session to advertise Ordinance 1516 vacating a portion of Rose Alley. 4.
