Urey, Borough Manager Solicitor, Douglas, Joseph & Olson Also present: Frank Vanderslice Lisa Hamill Robin Douglas John McDonald Dr. Mary Jane Hirt Greg Scott Mary Ann Reeher Staff: Media: Lyle Huffman, Director of Public Services Caleb Stright, Record-Argus 3. Mr. Chris Conti, Mercer County Regional Planning Commission -conducted the annual CDBG Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with a program overview. Mr. Conti discussed the upcoming changes and objectives of the program and announced that the Borough of Greenville is entitled to receive $98,695 from the authorized FY2016 entitlement program. Mr. Conti also discussed modifying the FY 2013 Borough of Greenville Community Development Block Grant by transferring $3,697 from the Code Enforcement, $6,743.15 from the Sidewalk, $3,805.61 from the Demolition/Clearance and $2,137 from the Administration line items to the Housing Rehabilitation line item. 4. Public Comment Residents: Ms. Mary Ann Reeher, Good Shepard Center, requested CDBG funds to re- establish a soup kitchen at a new facility. Ms. Reeher will also work with the Salvation Army.
