Trick-or-Treat will be held on Saturday, October 29th from 4:00pm – 6:00pm following the parade at 2:00pm. E. Fall leaf pick up has been scheduled for the weeks of October 24th and November 28th. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2016-08, creating a non-owner occupied property advisory committee. B. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2016-09, Penn-Dot Agility Agreement. C. Discuss motion to modify the FY 2013 Borough of Greenville Community Development Block Grant by transferring $3,697 from the Code Enforcement, $6,743.15 from the Sidewalk, $3,805.61 from the Demolition/Clearance and $2,137 from the Administration line items to the Housing Rehabilitation line item. D. Discuss motion to approve 2017 Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMO’s) for the pension plans. E. Discuss motion to accept the resignation of Thea Arai as a board member serving on the Zoning Hearing Board effective October 1, 2016. F.
