Douglas, Solicitor - Absent Also present: Frank Vanderslice Dr. Mary Jane Hirt Staff: Media: Lyle Huffman, Director of Public Services Caleb Stright, Record-Argus Dave Hetrick, Financial Assistant Rosalynn Reagle, Administrative Assistant 3. Mr. Jasson Urey, Borough Manager -conducted the annual CDBG Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with a program overview. Mr. Urey discussed the upcoming changes and reallocation of unused funds that were earmarked for the Senior Center Roof project. The Project used $74,788 from the 2014 Mercer County allotment, $82,073 from the 2014 Borough of Greenville allotment, $81,851 from the 2015 Borough of Greenville allotment, and $67,673 for the 2016 Borough of Greenville allotment for a project total of $306,385. That left $16,022 in the 2016 allotment that can be reallocated to the demolition/clearance line item. Mr. Urey also discussed that $24,753 of the 2017 allotment that will be dedicated to demolition/clearance and that the Borough will begin working towards getting some of this type of work completed. 1 Borough of Greenville CDBG Public Hearing Minutes 04-12-18 4.
