Douglas, Solicitor - Excused Also present: Frank Vanderslice Dr. Mary Jane Hirt Lisa Hamill Mike McLaughlin Staff: Media: Lyle Huffman, Director of Public Services Caleb Stright, Record-Argus Dave Hetrick, Financial Assistant Rosalynn Reagle, Administrative Assistant 3. Council President Beck -conducted the Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with an opportunity to express their thoughts in regard to Ordinance 1579, amending the Zoning Ordinance to prohibit Medical Marijuana Grow/Dispensary Facilities in certain zoning districts. Council members held discussions regarding the zoning districts that would prohibit such facilities and the topic of medical marijuana in general. 4.
