Urey, Borough Manager James E. Douglas, Solicitor - Excused Also present: Frank Vanderslice Lisa Hamill Staff: Media: Rosalynn Reagle, Administrative Assistant Caleb Stright, Record-Argus David Hetrick, Financial Assistant 3. Mr. Chris Conti, Mercer county Regional Planning Commission – conducted the special CDBG Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with an explanation of the moving of funds earmarked for specific activities in the Fund Years of 2016, 2017 and 2018. Mr. Conti also discussed the creation and elimination of activities within those Fund Years. In closing, Mr. Conti stated that all of the items he explained were listed on the agenda to be discussed during the work session meeting and will then be voted on during the regular session on March 9th. 4.
