NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discuss motion to award bid for demolition of 127 and 137 Clinton Street to Sereday’s in
the amount of $15,100.00.
B. Discuss motion to authorize the Town Manager to make application for the Surface
Transportation-Urban (STU) funding for traffic intersection at College Avenue and
Packard Avenue with the Town committing a 5% match not to exceed $50,000.
C. Discuss motion to purchase a paint machine at a cost of $7,052.00
D. Discuss motion to appoint KLH Engineers as the Town Engineer for any new projects.
Buchart Horn Engineering will finish any projects they are currently being working on.
E. Discuss motion to modify the 2016 CDBG programs funds by transferring $16,022 from
the Demolition/Clearance activity to create the Housing Rehab activity. The
Demolition/Clearance activity will be eliminated.
F. Discuss motion to modify the 2017 CDBG program funds by transferring $35,000 from the
Demolition/Clearance and Housing Rehabilitation activities to create the Code
Enforcement activity. Demolition/Clearance ($10,000) and Housing Rehabilitation
($37,512) will remain as funded activities.
G. Discuss motion to modify the 2018 CDBG program funds by transferring $35,000 from the
Demolition/Clearance and Housing Rehabilitation activities to create the Code
Enforcement Activity. Demolition/Clearance ($10,000) and Housing Rehabilitation
($46,936) will remain as funded activities.
H. Discuss motion to authorize the Town Manager to sign the notice to proceed for CDBG
housing rehab work for the property located at 129 Plum Street in the amount of
$44,840.00.
I. Discuss motion to create the position of Corporal in the Greenville Police Department and
adopt the associated job description.
J. Discuss motion to execute the side agreement with the Teamsters Union for addition of the
Corporal position in the Greenville Police Department.

K. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2020-08 amending the Civil Service Rule and
Regulations for the Police Depart to add language for adding a Corporal position and
hiring.
L. Discuss motion to authorize the Greenville Civil Service Commission to create an
eligibility list for promotion to the Corporal position in the Greenville Police Department.
M. Discuss motion to accept the resignation of Officer Tyler Glenn from the Greenville Police
Department.
N. Discussion motion to promote Joshua Coppick from Part-Time Police Officer to Full-Time
Police Officer with the Greenville Police Department from the Civil Service certified list.
O. Discussion motion to promote Nicholas Sekerski from Part-Time Police Officer to Full-Time
Police Officer with the Greenville Police Department from the Civil Service certified list.
P. Discuss motion to adopt the job description for the Assistant Borough Manager and assign
Lyle Huffman to the position.
Q. Discuss motion to adopt the job description for the Assistant Code Enforcement Officer.
R. Discuss motion to hire Edward Reedy as Assistant Code Enforcement Officer.
S. Discuss motion to enter into an employment agreement with Edward Reedy as the Town
Assistant Code Enforcement Officer through January 3, 2022.
T. Discuss motion to authorize Borough Manager to submit the Keystone Recreation, Park
and Conservation Fund Grant application for renovations to the Greenville Area Public
Library.
U. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2020-09 authorizing signers for the Keystone Grant
Agreement (Greenville Public Library Grant).
