Urey, Borough Manager James E. Douglas, Solicitor - Excused Also present: Frank Vanderslice Mary Jane Hirt via Zoom Staff: Rosalynn Reagle, Administrative Assistant 3. Mr. Andrew Sheaf, DCED Local Policy Manager – conducted the special DCED Public Hearing providing Council and visitors the ability to provide testimony regarding the Technology Grant Application submitted by the Town of Greenville in March 2020. Mr. Urey presented testimony on behalf of the Town Council. Mr. Urey explained the benefits that being awarded this grant will provide and how it will improve functionality. Dr. Mary Jane Hirt, DCED Act47 Coordinator for the Town of Greenville, also provided testimony regarding the grant application. Dr. Hirt presented the benefits of the award of this grant and how will the Town would use the funds to implement upgrades allowing for improvements to the financial management. 4.
